What we collect

Your email address, your subscription status and renewal date, and a record of payments (amount, date, Razorpay reference). Your card or UPI details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them.

When you sign in we store a session record: when it was created and your browser type. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why

To provide the subscription you paid for: to sign you in, to check access, to send sign-in links, payment notices and new-report emails, and to keep records the law requires.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Razorpay (payments), and Brevo (email delivery). Each handles your data only to provide its service to us. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Cookies

One cookie, which keeps you signed in. It is necessary for the service and is not used for anything else.

How long we keep it

For as long as you subscribe, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting law requires for payment records. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent. Write to [contact email]; we reply within 30 days.
