Terms of subscription

Last updated 3 October 2026

Who we are

Quiet Conviction is an independent research publication written and run by [owner's full name], an individual based in [city], India ("we", "us"). Contact: [contact email].

What you get

A subscription gives one person access to every report on the site, in a web browser, for as long as the subscription is paid. Reports are not available as downloads, PDFs or print copies.

One device can be signed in at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.

Payment and renewal

Plans are ₹500 a month or ₹5,000 a year, charged in advance through Razorpay by UPI Autopay or card. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by the cancellation and refunds policy.

If a renewal payment fails, we will email you. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, then stops until payment succeeds.

Personal use only

Reports are for your own reading. You may not copy, forward, republish, sell, summarise for distribution, scrape, or share your sign-in with anyone else, or use the content to train or prompt machine-learning systems for others.

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches these terms, without refund for the remaining period.

Not investment advice

Reports are analysis of businesses and industries. They do not recommend buying, selling or holding any security, and they do not take account of your circumstances. See the disclosures page.

Accuracy and liability

We work from sources we believe to be reliable and correct errors when we find them, but we do not guarantee that any report is complete, accurate or current. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may change these terms or prices. We will email subscribers at least 14 days before a change affects them; a price change applies from your next renewal.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [city] have jurisdiction.
